Call Park

Call Park

Shoe Show Project Summary

Call Park

Call Park is similar to placing a call on hold, except that instead of the call just being able to be picked up on the phone that you placed it on hold on you are able to pick that call up on any phone that has Call Park enabled. Once you place a call on Call Park you will be able to then pick the call up at any of the phones that are included in the Call Park Orbit. To add call parks, a user will have to engage Granite to have this provisioned. Call Park can only be used on phones that are the same make (i.e. PolyCom to PolyCom).

Directions

When a call comes into your phone and you would like to place that call on Call Park, press the call park (i.e. “Call Park 1”) you would like to use. The  symbol next to Call Park will turn to a   symbol on all phones at your location. In addition the indicator light  will blink green next to the Call Park that is in use on all phones in the Call Park Orbit. Once the line is ready to be picked up, press the blinking indicator light to retrieve that call from any phone.
