Receive and End Calls

When you receive a call, press the 'TALK/ SPEAKERPHONE' button. To end that call press the 'END/CANCEL' key.

Place a Call

Dial 10-digit number and press the 'SEND' button. You do not need to press 9 or 1 before placing a call.

Place a Call on Hold

While on a call, press the 'HOLD' button. The screen will indicate that there is a line on hold. To resume the call, press the 'HOLD' button again.

Warm Transfer

While on a call, press the 'XFER/CLR' button. Dial the extension or phone number of the party you are transferring the call to (receiving party), then press the 'CALL' soft key. After speaking to the receiving party, press the 'XFER/CLR' button again to complete the transfer.

Blind Transfer

While on a call, press the 'BLIND' soft key. Dial the extension or phone number of the party you are transferring the call to (receiving party), then press the 'CALL' soft key to complete the transfer.

Enter 10 digit phone number followed by # Follow prompts

Accessing Voicemail from Phone

Dial *318 or press the 'HOLD/MSG' button on phone. Navigate to the voicemail box you would like to check. Follow prompts.

Accessing Call History Received/Missed Calls: press the LEFT navigation key.

Place Calls: Press the DOWN navigation key.

Initiating a Conference Call

While on a call, press 'FUNC', 'CONF'. Call the party you want to add to the conference call. Press 'CONF' to merge calls.
