Polycom - Restarting your phone

There are two scenarios:

  1. Your phone uses a small power cable.
    1. Only the highlighted cable below will need to be unplugged, count to 5, then plug it back in.
    2. Your phone will take 1-2 minutes to completely restart
        


  1.  Your phone has no power cable highlighted above.
    1. Unplug only the network cable highlighted below (third slot), count to 5, then plug it back in
    2. Your phone will take 1-2 minutes to completely restart
