Rebooting a Phone


To reboot your phone press and hold 1, 0, and 3 same time this will reboot your phone. Please allow a couple minutes for the reboot process to complete


Initiating a Conference call


While on a call press the “Conference” soft key, you may have to press the “More” soft key to locate it. Call the party you would like to add to the conference and then press the “Send” soft key. After they answer press the “Conference” soft key to merge the call.



Blind Transfer


A blind transfer involves transferring a call to another number without speaking to the receiving party, regardless of whether or not the answer. While on a call press the “Transfer” soft key then press the “Blind” soft key. Dial the extension or phone number of the party to whom you're transferring then press the “Send” soft key to complete the transfer.


Warm Transfer


A warm transfer involves speaking with the person to whom you're transferring the call. While on the


call press the transfer button . Dial the party's extension or phone number to whom you are transferring then press the “Send” soft key. After speaking with the receiving party press the transfer


button again to complete the transfer.


Accessing Call Log

To access your call history, you will use the navigation keys . Received calls press the left navigation key, missed calls press the down navigation key, placed call press the right navigation key.




How to Receive and End Calls


When a call comes into your phone you can either press the “Answer” softkey, the headset button

, the speakerphone button , or pick up your handset. Pressing the “Answer” soft key or the speakerphone button will put that call on speakerphone. To end that call depending on

how you picked it up you can press the headset button, the speakerphone button, the

“End Call” soft key, or hang up the handset


Placing Calls on Hold


When a call comes into your phone answer that call. If you need to place that call on hold press the “Hold” soft key or the hold button on the phone. Once you place that call on hold the indicator light will blink red. To pick up that call press that indicator light or the “Resume” soft key.


Mute phone while on a call


You are able to mute or unmute your microphone during calls. To mute or unmute your microphone press the mute button , the key will glow red when your microphone is muted. To unmute press that button again.


DND (Do Not Disturb) feature


You can enable Do Not Disturb on your phone when you do not want to receive calls. When enabled this will send calls right to voicemail. To enable or disable Do Not Disturb, press the home button  and use the navigation keys  to go over to “DND: press the middle navigation key to select. Your phone is now in Do Not Disturb mode. You will see the Do Not Disturb icon  in the top right

go over to DND use the middle navigation key to select it. Do not disturb is now disabled.
