Description

Handset

Use to place or answer calls.

Line Keys

Indicates if the phone line is active, incoming, or held. These keys can be programmed for specific functions such as speed dial, call pick up or monitoring an extension. The system enables you to program the keys and we are available to help setup the configuration

Home Key

Press to access the menu to configure features and preferences such as directory and speed dials, access call history, and setup functions

Navigations and Select Keys

Use the arrows to scroll right, left, up, or down and select items displayed on the screen or to view more icons

Headset Key

Press to turn the headset on or off. The indicator glows green when the headset is active

Speaker Key

Enables you to place and receive calls using this key. The indicator glows green when the speaker is active

Mute Key

Press to mute or unmute the phone. The indicator glows red when the call is muter. A flashing light indicates the network connection cannot be found.

Keypad

Enables you to enter numbers, letters and special characters. Use the keypad to access the menu display and index numbers.

Volume Keys

Press to adjust the volume of the handset, headset, speaker and phone ringer

Hold Keys

Press to place a call on hold

Messages Waiting Indicator

The indicator flashes red for new messages.

Transfer Key

Enables you to transfer a call to another person with the option to talk to the person before the transfer completes and supports a blind transfer. A blind transfer automatically directs the call after you dial the number you're transferring to
