Voicemail - Access and Overview

Voicemail can be checked remotely - however the main phone number for your clinic does not have VM capabilities.  The VM license has to be assigned to a physical phone, this is typically the primary phone at your front desk.  The number can be seen at the top of the display for that phone.

Accessing your Voicemail box

From your phone dial *318.

From another phone dial   855-893-1127 enter the full ten-digit phone number you wish to check the voicemail of.

  1. Please enter your PIN followed by the # key.
  2. To leave a message for this subscriber press the # key.
  3. To log on as another subscriber press the * key
  4. If you enter your PIN then press # – the below options are provided
  5. Welcome to the Messaging Center. Main menu-
    1. To get your messages press 1
    2. To send a message press  2
    3. To work with your greetings, press 3.
    4. To change your settings, press 4
    5. To get your deleted messages press 6
    6. To leave this mailbox and log on as another subscriber press 7
    7. To get more help press 0
    8. To exit voicemail press *


Listen to your Messages- if you select option 1

Once you listen to a message- you are given the below options:

  1. To repeat press 1
  2. Save as new press 2 2
  3. To delete your message press 3
  4. To Reply press 4
  5. To send a Copy press 5
  6. To leave as saved, press #
  7.   If you select 4 to Reply your options are as follows:
  8. To place a call directly to this person press 1
  9. To record a reply message press 2
  10. To send a copy of this message press 3
  11. To someone else press 4
  12. To send a new message press 5
